Shipping Policy
The short version: We ship globally, because the Brotherhood is everywhere.
The details:
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your gear leaves our hands, so you can watch it make its way to you.
Shipping Rates & Times:
• EU & US : Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days.
• International (Rest of World): We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
A note on customs: For our international Brotherhood, please be aware that your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver — consider it the price of admission for getting authentic island gear delivered to your door.

Return Policy
The short version: We make gear for making memories. If it’s not right, we’ll fix it.
The details:
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we make — from the up-cycled SeaQual fabric to the custom cord tips. But we also know that sometimes things don’t fit the way you hoped, or the color isn’t quite what you expected.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
The Rules of Engagement:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. (Trying them on in your living room is fine; taking them for a test swim in the sea is not).
How to start a return:
1. Send us an email with your order number and let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange for a different size/style.
2. We’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Gear:
We obsess over quality, but if something slips past our checks and you receive a faulty item, let us know immediately. We will replace it or refund it entirely, and we’ll cover all shipping costs. No questions asked.
